I help teams become confident, compelling communicators through human-centered storytelling.

WHY LIRIAN?

Bailey, communication and storytelling trainer

Every organization invests in systems, strategy, and tools. But results ultimately come down to people: how they communicate, connect, and make others feel.

I’ve seen this in digital marketing, in higher education admissions teams, and across industries: you can have the best message in the world, but if the person delivering it can’t connect authentically, the moment is lost.

The real decision point?

Human connection.

THAT’S THE GAP LIRIAN FILLS.

From admissions teams building relationships with prospective students, to sales teams winning client trust, to leadership teams learning to inspire the people around them, the need is the same.

I created Lirian to help teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and presence.

Because people who can communicate with presence don't just deliver information.
They move people to act.

Lirian works with any team where human conversation determines the outcome.

WHAT I OFFER

A methodology built on real behavioral research and brought to life through your team's own language, scenarios, and experience.

04

How To Show Up

People form lasting impressions in the first two seconds, before a word is spoken. Your team will learn to command that moment on purpose: presence, body language, tone, eye contact, and the reframe that confidence is a set of behaviors you can choose, not a feeling you wait for.

02

How To Make People Feel Heard

The most powerful thing a communicator can do is make someone feel truly seen. Your team will learn to listen beneath the surface, ask the question underneath the question, and respond in ways that build trust rather than just exchange information.

03

How To Tell Stories That Move People

Facts inform. Stories move people to act. Your team will learn the psychology behind why narrative captures attention that data alone can't hold and how to tell a compelling, concise story in any professional setting, in their own voice.

How To Show Up Consistently Under Pressure

Skills that only work in ideal conditions aren't skills. Your team will practice everything in realistic scenarios so that what they learn becomes instinctive: something they can access in any room, with any audience, under any pressure.

BEHIND THE NAME

Lirian blends lyre—an ancient symbol of poetic storytelling—with -ian, meaning “one who practices.” It evokes someone who helps others speak with rhythm, presence, and resonance.

At its core, Lirian exists to help people use storytelling to bridge the gap between information and human connection.
